The Price Is Right - (Materials: Printed pictures of baby shower gift items, pens, index cards) - Break all baby shower guests into teams and show them baby shower gift items without a price. Have each team write down their answer for each product on index cards, giving them four possible prices for each item. The team with the most answered right wins. Baby Shower Winner Takes "All" - (Materials: All Detergent, Money in change and paper, Large Jar) - Fill a glass jar with money before guests arrive (change and dollar bills). When the baby shower guests arrive, pass the jar around for the guests add more money in the jar. Later, have guests guess how much money is in the jar. The person who guesses closest to the dollar amount wins ALL! (a gift bag containing 'ALL' detergent, that is). Take a picture of the winner's face when they learn they are not getting money, but laundry detergent. The mommy-to-be ends up with the jar of money! Guess Mom's Tummy Size: (Materials- String or yarn and scissors) Have each woman pull the yarn to the size they believe would fit perfectly around the Mother-To-Be's center of her pregnant tummy. After everyone cuts their string, compare the results to the Mommy-To-Be's actual tummy. Give a prize to the woman who is the most close! This is a baby shower favorite!

Never say "Baby": (Materials- baby safety pins or another type of baby object you can place on a string for each woman at the party as well as string or yarn, enough for each woman to wear as a necklace). Have each woman place the necklace with the baby safety pins around her neck when she gets to the party. The rules for this baby shower game are given out at the beginning of the baby shower that whenever someone says the word "baby" during the shower, any woman who calls it out gets a pin from the other woman who stated the word. At the end of the baby shower, the woman with the most pins wins a prize.

Baby Song List: (Materials - pad of paper and pen for each woman). Have each woman write down in 5 minutes all the songs that have baby in their titles (i.e., baby love, santa baby, one for my baby). You can make it harder by stating that you have to name who also wrote the songs! A baby shower favorite

The ALL game... games at showers are intended to be fun. Thiis game is no different. If you are at the shower it must mean you are a friend or family of the parent-to-be and therefore the "offense" to having fun is unheard of. First of all, the game is optional, therefore the bottle is left somewhere all night and an announcement should explaining that if you wish to win ALL you can participate in tge game. No one should walk around forcing the bottle jn your face. Second, The gag gift is a detergent bottle but there should also be a real gift. Example a bottle of wine, (unisex), a.small gift basket (food or other type), etc. I played it at my shower and it was a hit game. No one got offended and my winner wouldnt stop laughing. Of course like i mentioned there should be a nice gift as well.

I love this game! I've seen a few people comment about how they do not like this game and how it's horrible and tacky. The truth is; there are so many ways to play this game; that one should never have a problem if they are fully aware of the "type" of guest they're inviting. If you have guest that love a good "joke", then by all means; go for it! If you have guest whom you do not think will be thrilled either way you play it; either don't play it or simply don't invite them! If you don't have the extra change to donate; then don't!! It's not rude or tacky; it's a preference. Further more; it's not huge bills; its change that you might typically keep in your change wallet or middle console in your car. Nonetheless, I hope everyone is able to enjoy this game as I did:-)

I JUST came from a baby shower where a jar was passed for money. I spent $100 on a gift, $4 for a card and carved 2 hours out of my day off to attend. Then got hit up for more cash! Couldn't believe it and from the shocked looks on other attendees faces me thinks I wasn't the only one. Of course, when someone is dangling a bucket in your face with everyone else looking on it is hard to say no even if your budget can't take it. One young girl confided later she had put in her lunch money for the following day. Tacky, tacky, tacky. When did we as humans get here? I will NEVER go to another shower, I'll just send a gift from now on. Loved your little snipe about getting a picture of the face of the person who won when they realize they became the butt of a horrible joke. Unbelievable, inhumane and shameful.
